Our people have been working hard on nib’s new Claims Information Service for advisers and we are pleased to announce that launch day is just around the corner. The development has taken a little longer than we anticipated due to the complexities involved.
If you’re registered for nib adviser access, then you will receive an email alert the following business day when one of your nib members makes a claim or the status of their claim changes. Through nib adviser access you’ll be able to see details of the claim(s) as well as details of your nib clients’ recent claims, 24/7 when and where you need it.
This information about your clients’ claims will enable you to service and support your current nib members and promote nib health insurance to potential new members.
Right now, most advisers don’t need to do anything. In the coming weeks, we'll be emailing you more information about what to expect and how to use the nib Claims Information Service.
For advisers who haven’t got around to registering for nib adviser access, now would be a good time to do it, otherwise you might miss out on the opportunity to make your life easier and to demonstrate how good an adviser you are.
